I haven’t tried this NeverWet spray yet but if anyone has used it, please let us know how it worked for you.

Seems like it would work well for tennis shoes or baby bibs and other things that don’t need to be breathable.  My concern would be that if water and other liquids don’t penetrate the fabric then perspiration cannot penetrate either.  Just imagine a shirt made of the same fabric as a latex glove.  Hot?  Probably!
