A friend of mine gave me a bunch of tulle for my wedding that she used in her wedding . When she packed it away she just stuffed it in a box and it is all wrinkled up. I tried to iron it out but I could not remove the wrinkles. I turned the iron up as high as I could without burning it. Any suggestion on how I can remove those stubborn wrinkles?
Dear Dawn: Hang the tulle over a clothes line, water lightly and let the sun dry the fabric. In two to three days, all the wrinkles should be gone. But really, consider treating yourself to some new tulle. It is relatively inexpensive. After all, it is your wedding and you should have “something New”. Good Luck, Andy
