Diane,
Your question is a little confusing. Is the stain from a drop of water? Or is the silk a water marked silk that is stained by something else?
Unless you are trained in dry cleaning, leave this to the experts and take your silk garment to a dry cleaners that cleans their garments in house, in other words, they don’t send their cleaning out to another cleaning shop. Ask the owner if they clean remove the spot and how they will do it.
Please let me know how your stain removal turns out.
