I read your response about burlap that it’s a poor choice for chair upholstery. But what about burlap for a small bathroom curtain? Does the shedding stop? After a few washings? / p

Patricia: Burlap was not intended for the application you want to use it for.
It may stop shedding and then again it may not.
Visit your local retail fabric store, and find a fabric that is perfect for curtains.
