Duvet or duck down material?

Marterial to make a duck down duvet, I am in south Africa.  Thank you.

    Hi Steve,
    For a duvet which is the covering of a comforter can be about any fabric. The comforter itself holds the down and the covering should be a tightly woven fabric to contain the down/feathers., The duvet then fits over the comforter.
