Fabric drape and composition homework?

Hi,

Happy New Year! I hope this email finds you well. I would appreciate your help in tryng to identify the following:

1. Fiber/Composition

2. Fabric Construction

3. Drape

4. Finishing

5. Care Instruction

 

I was given a number of fabrics to which I need to identify the characteristic listed above.I have very few resources here and I would be very grateful if you could help me. The fabrics are:

100? Silk Chiffon

Cationic Chiffon

Cheese cloth

taffeta

pongee

iridescent taffeta

cotton muslin

jusi

chambray

seersucker

star satin

ramie

rayon linen

poplin

peach skin

gingham

 

Agin I hope you could help me or give me a number of sources.

    Hi Tricia,
    I am a little surprised that your teacher would give you questions to answer without furnishing text books or reference books.  Try searching our web site using the search feature in the upper right hand corner of each of our web pages.  We have lots of information for you to read.
