I have a silk blouse with permanent (or so I thought) crinkles in it. The crinkles held up through dry cleaning. However, recently one sleeve got wet and the crinkles came out. Is there any way to restore them? Anne

Anne: You are right, those crinkles were supposed to be permanent. Try bringing the blouse back to where it was purchased.
