Dear Andy: I want to reupholster a love seat and chair and need information on microfibers. The only type that I’ve seen are the suede ones. Do they come in other textures, such as a linen look? Are they really much better than Scotch Guarded fabrics? Thanks.

Kate: Microfibers are available in a broad range of fabrics. As far as being “better” that is very hard to answer. “Better” is very subjective. They are just different, and “better” cannot be used here. Happy Shopping and Good Luck, Andy
