Dear Andy,
I work for an extremely busy doctor’s office and I wear a white lab coat. I always carry ball point pens in my pockets. Well, it finally happened…the pen burst and this huge ink stain is now glowing that can be seen from yards away. I cannot have this at my work. My coworker sprayed hair spray on it and we let it set a few days. I just washed it with bleach and the stain is still there!!! I didn’t dry it though. Please help me. I have to get this stain out or my boss will have my head.

Dear Ricky: Time to replace the lab coat. No amount of cleaning is going to help. Good Luck, Andy
