Dear Leslie: Consider attending the Industrial Fabric Association trade show. Visit www.ifai.com to find out when the next show will be. Most luggage today is being made in China, and a lot of the fabric manufacturers have moved there as well. Buying in small quantities may not give you enough of an edge to resell the fabrics and make a profit, if that is your intent. You may want to consider Upholstery fabrics to use for luggage.
