Dear Jill: When it comes to PJs, leave it to the experts. Buy ready made. There are so many variables in these types of things that for the safety of your kids, making them yourself is not a good option. I’m all for sewing and fabrics, but we are involved in FR fabrics every day of the week. Beside the fabrics being FR, the threads that are used to sew the garments, must be as well. There is no real way for a consumer to test if the fabric or threads are actually FR as they are sold. Happy Shopping and Good Luck, Andy
