I washed my American Indian Chimayo wool jacket in cold water, but it shrank anyway. What can I do to restore it to its original size? Can a dry cleaners do it? Thank You very much.

Erma: I never heard of cleaning wool by washing it, unless it was a sweater. Did you follow the care instructions printed on the label? If not, there may be nothing you can do, to get it back to it’s original size.
