Removing Sizing?

I want to remove the sizing present in new hankerchiefs, how do I do this?

    Hi Jack,

    Washing will remove the sizing. However I think you are asking how to get the soft well worn hankerchief and the answer to this is to launder many times. The stiffness isn’t caused by sizing, when cotton hankerchief’s are washed and dried, small amounts of cotton fibers are released which, after many washings, gives the hankerchief the softer well worn feel.
