I have a very old car (1908) that has the original upholstery, which has the appearance of oil cloth. Is there any product that I can use to soften the material? Thanks, Bill P.

Dear Bill: If the upholstery is not ripped or torn, I’d leave it just the way it is. If you need to replace the upholstery, visit www.hemmings.com to find the exact replacement.
