We purchased a micro fiber couch approximately a year without the protection plan…..the problem we are facing now….is “a sweaty smell” on the fabric…we were told to buy a refresher kit…I have searched the internet, but maybe I’m searching for the wrong product….any ideas.

Zenith: Ask whomever told you about the kit, where to purchase one. I’ve never heard about it.
