I’m trying to find the type of trim used for these respirators. I have similar respirators at home with this knit trim but I don’t have any idea what search terms to use or exactly what the product is called. It appears to be bias tape but by looking at the ribs it doesn’t look like it was cut along the bias. This is used for the edge trim and ear loops which stretch comfortably over the ears. I want to make some of my own respirators using the same trim/stretchy material. I don’t know if it is sold on cards like bias tape or if I’d have to make it myself but I’d like to know more about it than I do at present.
