Dear Tulleless (No more) in Atlanta: There are several manufacturers of tulle in the US. However, if you search here at Fabrics.Net, they too offer tulle for sale. Also, if you attend The Special Event Show, next year in Dallas, you will find some exhibitors that offer tulle there as well. Tulle, because of its’ diverse uses, is a common product available most everywhere. Good Luck, Andy
